If you would like to have a drop down option to be "Other". Make sure the answer column is of "multi-select" type and add all your answer options. If you would like to have a dropdown to select from for a question, just add a new column in your Airtable base with the answer number, for example: "Answer_6" would be the available answers to "Question_6". You can create as many questions as you like, you just have to add a new column in your Airtable base with the question number, for example: "Question_6".
All other rows will contain the answers to the questionnaire. In this questionnaire, the first row of the base will contain the questions and/or answer options. This questionnaire works a little different than a regular airtable form.
This lets anyone answer your own set of questions, either free text or selected from a dropdown. Create your own questionnaire or poll website.
